INCREDIBLY EASY TO INSTALL

No special installation tools or drilling are required. The exclusive RC® click-lock system allows panels to be installed with a simple push of the foot. There's no need to pre-mark the position of the fixing brackets; their placement is determined gradually during panel installation. Thanks to such rapid installation, RC® significantly reduces installation time and shortens project completion times.

AN INTERESTING WATERPROOFNESS EXPERIMENT:

A large pool was constructed. The bottom was lined with RC® panels, secured with a simple click, without the use of adhesives or sealants. The pool was then filled with water for 45 days. During this entire period, not a drop of water penetrated the roof.

ABSOLUTE WATERPROOFNESS

The highly durable RC® interlocking joint and drainage channel prevent water from penetrating under the roof. A drainage channel formed between the two connecting panels directs water away through the gutters.

HIGH FLEXIBILITY

The production of 5754 series aluminum panels with added magnesium makes them incredibly flexible and durable compared to traditional standing seam systems using 3000 series alloys. RC panels curve naturally, following the lines of the underlying structure to a minimum radius of 25 m. The radius of calendered panels can reach 1.7 m.
DAMAGE RESISTANCE

Thanks to the properties of 5754 series aluminum, RC® roofs are walkable immediately after installation, without any permanent deformation.
WATERPROOFNESS

Thanks to a unique fastening system that creates a drainage channel, RC® roofing is waterproof even when completely flooded (see experiment above). The drainage channel is one of the distinguishing characteristics of RC® systems.
